You can join our team in one of the organised events listed on the right. We also invite you to raise funds for us if you have your own place in a marathon, 10k run, sponsored cycle, trek, mountain climb - or any other event in the UK or overseas.
The easiest way to raise sponsorship is to set up a Justgiving page online.
Go to www.justgiving.com and follow the easy instructions.
Our Fundraising Team is here to help you every step of the way. We will provide you with sponsor forms, fundraising tips and a T-shirt or vest. We also offer advice and support and are happy to chat about your own ideas for fundraising. Email Anna or ring 020 8444 7242.
