Special yoga sessions

Book now for weekly sessions on Wednesdays from 18th January – 29th March 2017

We offer one-to-one and group special  yoga sessions for children and young people aged 2-18.

The sessions are suitable for those who have cerebral palsy and other movement disorders, Down’s Syndrome, Global Development Delay, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or autism.

Yoga practice can, for example, help your child to:

  • concentrate and focus better at school or in the home
  • with their quality of sleep
  • learn to self-calm through breathing and relaxation techniques
  • gain muscle flexibility and strength.

The sessions are 30 minutes long, and run by our Conductor in Charge, Szonja Meyer, who is qualified in yoga for children and young people with special needs. She works with each child on a one-to-one basis.
